Below is the Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) regarding User data in the "Sleep On Time" app (hereinafter – the App), which the App Developer Company (hereinafter – the Company) may collect and use.
For the purposes of this Policy, the term "personal data" means information that allows the identification of an individual, and the term "information" is used in all other cases for other data provided by the User or information about the User's activities (e.g., use of the App) if such use does not allow the User's identity to be established.
This Policy regulates the purposes, procedure, use, transfer, protection, and collection of information that the Company collects during the User's use of the App.
The Company respects and protects users' right to privacy and is committed to taking all necessary measures for this purpose.
By using the App, the User agrees to this Policy. By registering and using an Account in the App, the User consents to the collection, use, and dissemination of their personal data and other information provided in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the applicable laws of Ukraine.
When using the App, the User voluntarily provides their personal data in the amount specified in the App by the corresponding form for filling out and these Rules.
The App uses the following personal data of the User:
Name/nickname entered by the User in the form.
A unique randomly generated token that identifies this User in the system.
Additionally, for the proper functioning of the App, the Company has the right to collect the following information:
Information about the User's mobile device (model, operating system version, unique identifiers);
Log file information containing data about the use of the App or viewing information via the App (including search queries, IP address data, hardware events such as crashes and system actions, settings, date, and time of specific actions in the App).
All of the above data and information will be used solely for the proper functioning of the App.
The Company stores personal data and other user information for the duration necessary for conducting its business activities and until the User requests the deletion of the provided information.
The Company acts as the custodian of information and agrees not to disclose, transfer to third parties, the collected personal data, and other User information, except as provided in this Policy.
The Company does not sell, lease, or share Users' personal information with third parties.
The Company may disclose personal data if such actions are justified and necessary, namely:
Necessary to comply with the laws of Ukraine;
Necessary in the context of a criminal investigation and/or legal proceedings;
Result from legitimate demands of government authorities;
Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its Users, employees, or the public, including but not limited to cases of fraud or illegal use of the App.
The Company discloses User information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes that led to the disclosure according to clause 4.3. of this Policy.
The User can request the deletion of all related information (personal data, app account, comments, night statistics, etc.). To do this, they can use the appropriate menu on the "Settings" screen in the app, open the link https://spimovchasno.co.ua/delete_account on a mobile phone, or send a request to spimovchasno@gmail.com.
The Company takes measures to ensure the security and protection of Users' personal information and data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, the Company notes that no existing data transmission method can be absolutely secure. Therefore, despite all security measures taken, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of information and data.
The Company is not responsible for illegal actions of third parties, hackers, malicious users, and other violators who may attempt to fully or partially access Users' information and personal data and use it for personal purposes.
The Company is not responsible for any actions or inactions of Users and third parties regarding the User's personal data, regardless of whether this data was obtained through the use of the App or otherwise, if access to such data was obtained not through the Company's fault.
The Company may unilaterally change or update this Policy.

If the User continues to use the App after changes to the Policy, they agree to the changes made.
